ADDED DAY! Tranquili-Tea & Yoga Sundays!
Each month there will be a yoga theme complemented with a curated tea.
Just like on Tuesday's, we'll start by warming up with Nikkii’s tea creation from 7 to 7:30 and then we’ll transition into Jennie’s Yin Yoga practice from 7:30 to 8:30.
We can’t wait to come together as a community to enjoy each other’s company and extend ourselves the much needed self-care we all need!
